What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that involves channeling universal life force energy to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. When I work with you, I can sense where discomfort, pain, trauma and even energetic imprints like tattoos are held-- just by hovering my hands above your body and even virtually. Energy healing opens a line of communication between me and your body. Your organs and energetic centers speak through temperatures and subtle signals to reveal where imbalances exist. In this dialogue, I receive visuals-- colors, nature sceneries, activities to do, and messages of affirmations to offer a path for closure, clarity and relief.
Beyond Reiki, I invite your soul to join the session--to show me what has been and what is yet to come. These journeys are vivid, symbolic and filled with frequencies beyond words.
